First of all, I would like to thank anybody who takes the time to answer my question. I use Speccy to view my PC specifications and internal temperatures, when my PC is idle my CPU averages a temperature of around 52'C, yet after playing a particularly strenuous game (e.g. Alien: Isolation), it will be reaching temperatures of around 80'C. Is this normal? And more importantly is this safe or would I be best investing in some more heavy duty cooling systems?
Here are my specs:
Operating System:
Windows 7 Professional 64-bit SP1
CPU:
AMD A8-6600K 50 °C
Richland 32nm Technology

Again, thanks in advance.
