So a few months ago, I notice that there was a router showing up under "Network" in windows explorer on my HTPC (Win7). I thought that was weird, but when I went searching through the internet, someone said it was a bug. So I dismissed it, but when I installed the Win10 Tech Preview on my laptop, the router is showing up again (under "Network Infrastructure"). Different computer, same router model number: WRT54G2. The curious thing is that it's not showing up on my Desktop (Win8.1). The only network difference that I can think of is that the Desktop doesn't have a wireless card, whereas the HTPC has two and a wired connection, and the laptop obviously has a wireless connection.

I'm not running a WRT54G2 router... in fact, my router is a Netgear router. Any suggestions? I do live in an apartment building, where someone might have this router, but why would it be appearing in my "Network Infrastructure" when I'm only connected to my network (with a strong password, might I add)? I don't think it's a problem, I would just like to know what's going on.
