Need help picking PC parts for an arma gaming rig!

Im new to PC gaming and PC part picking. My goal is to run arma 2/3 on a consistent 40-60 fps. Can someone recommend a CPU,GPU and MOBO combo for less then 550-600$? Any help is very much appreciated thanks!

Thanks a ton! I reposed I wouldn't get far with a 600$ cap so j changed so things around in a differnt thread but that's a lot for this start point REALLY help me out thanks!
