No HDD, OS, Optical Drive needed.
For gaming and editing.

Budget around $700

I'm not really up with the intel stuff so I'm not sure if it's the best bang for the buck.

It may perform marginally better in video editing, but not as well as an Intel system for gaming, but with a budget of $700 and the need for editing, you're probably doing the best possible.

I know, dual core but they are overclockable it can be instantly improved with a future cpu upgrade.

And use the cuda cores to edit videos.

Here - http://pcpartpicker.com/p/WbwKNG - I changed the PSU to save you a little money. Other than that good job. If you decide that you do not want to build it yourself, you can always email me NoahTyler_2@yahoo.com and have me build it for you. I have experience with building computers, and I won't charge nearly as much as the famous builders do. If you have any questions, feel free to email me. I hope to hear from you soon!

The i5 I put is WAY better than ANY FX (except for the high-end ones).
