Hi I just recently received my new Gigabyte GTX 970. I am asking this because I have already made a significant gains in overclocking with +265 MHz increase of the gpu clock, now seemingly stable at 1518 MHz. My temperatures aren't even reaching 70C according to my monitoring programs, I was wondering just how far I could push my voltage, can my card still be damaged from pushing the voltage even if the temps are seemingly safe?

thank you guys in advance for answering a poor noobs question, and I'm sorry if this has already been asked but I cannot find the answer.

Isn't 1518MHz enough? At what power did you obtain this overclocking? 100%, 110% etc?

It certainly is enough, I can finally play Shadow of Mordor everything on ultra at 1080p and it doesn't seem like it's dropping below 30 fps, I'm at 100% power. But I would still like to know the answer to my question good sir.

Excellent overclocking at 100%. Don't disturb the voltages right now. Just increase the power to 106% and overclock further. Make sure to unlock the power and voltage under settings. Better use MSIAfterBurner software for overclocking.
