how to install os in diskboot failure

Solution
Go into your BIOS and check for a disabled hard disk, also check your hard disk is top priority in the boot order list.
You can also try windows recovery (maybe your MBR or bootloader disappeared?) by booting into a windows install media and going through automated recovery.

If you DON'T have any data you want to keep on there, you can try formatting and reinstalling Windows. This WILL wipe all your data.
If you DO have data you want to keep, grab a Linux LiveCD (http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop is a good one) and boot into it and you can recover your data that way and then reinstall.
