Facing problem,i just wiped the dust of my MOBO to put it inside my new case, also added a new Intel stock cooler, the prob is my system boots up, but the USB 2.0 ports (4) of them at the back panel doesn't work,My keyboard,Mouse, Webcam could not be connected nor i cannot login after the system boots up as all inputs are disabled.

Only option seems to be buying a PCI USB card at the moment like this one - http://www.zebronics.com/products/add-on-cards/zeb-p5u1...

Also the Case's front panel ports are USB3.0 for which i am yet to get an adapter Usb2.0 mobo to Usb 3.0 adapter cable ....

Hence is there a way to solve the USB ports problem on the motherboard ...? pls help

Check the jumpers on your board, and also go into BIOS and look for anything to do with disabling USB ports.

Tried the physical check, everything seems Ok, but not sure why it isn't working, more over i cant enter BIOS as all inputs were disabled due to it, its just boots up the Login screen and stay's there. yesterday i bought a 4 port PCI USB card and restarted it, it worked for 10 mins and suddenly i got a Blue screen # Physical memory Dump issue, i checked the solution, it ranges from driver to new installed hardware to ram issue, my thinking is it should be mostly of the New card, but if i remove it and restart there are no other options for me to use Keyboard and mouse, and for most users with the issue, the system restarts after the error but for me it stays and the monitor goes into inactive mode due to which i cant do anything else as the screen goes all black on me, is there a way to fix it

If it bluescreened after installation of the USB card, then its probably that. Alot of PCI cards (especially wireless cards) have issues where if you install it before installing drivers it will cause a stop message.
Take it out and see if you get any more bluescreens.

Also, your board might be one where it cant go into the BIOS or do much with certain USB keyboards. Try a PS/2 keyboard (or use an adapter) and see if that works.
Also if you are stuck at the logon screen Windows hasn't had the chance to install drivers for them, so that might explain why its not working.
Try them in different ports as well, that could bring it back. Windows is wierd and reinstalls the driver every time you plug something in to a different port (at least with HIDs).

The prob now is my monitor goes into sleep mode and black out on me the moment i switch on the PC, the PC is running fine and the monitor so appears dead, and i only have 1 VGA port on it to experiment, have requested for a PCI VGA now from my buddy to check it out if the port has an prob, also i noticed while removing the VGA cabled from MOBO the screen pop's back up showing no VGA input, hence the prob is with the VGA port on the Mobo right ? if so then it added to the misery of already existing USB port not working issue, the last thing it left out is the LAN port if that one fails to time to say good bye for the motherboard, as instead of buying 3 diff PCI card's its better to replace the Mobo as its easy to find Intel Socket 775 Mobo for cheaper prices.
