budget is trying to stay under 200(u.s.a) if possible. If not just as low as you can get.. I dont care about the brand or anything per say so long as it works and wont quit in a month..
my computer runs frames faster than my crappy 60 can pick them up so I figure at 120 I'm good

I see this problem... The best I could do was a refurb at $222 I just feel like at that price it had better be worth more than just a tiny sharper image and maybe some extra frames.. how much of a difference would it really make tween 60hz shitty but effective tv vs lets say the asus up there
