Which motherboard is recommended if I want to go with a i5 4670k processor? I'm not looking to overclock; but I'm getting this processor for cheaper than the 4670.
Any other pros and cons of the motherboards will also be appreciated.

The ASUS is a better board. For about 25 bucks more the ASUS Z-97 A is a little better and has better multi-card GPU support. Pretty sure the H97 doesn't support SLI if that's something you might do at any point.

The Gigabyte is a good board too. MSI sucks. Poor quality control and worse product support.

No SLI, no overclocking.
I don't have an income of my own, so upgrades are pretty limited.
Also, the ASUS Z97-A is not available, but the Z97 Pro, K and C are.
But the price difference between them is pretty significant.

If you're not overclocking, at all, the C would be ok. The ASUS H97-Plus is fine too.

I'll go with the PLUS then. It's the cheapest.
Is there any special attribute in the K and C which would make up for around $48 more? That's a significant amount here in India, as the board itself is around $144.

Probably the structure of the power phase. It's not as important if you're not going to overclock or use a high TDP CPU.
