just need help how to install win xp-pro from flash drive

or if you have other better OS (full version) free can i ask :)

Does the BIOS support booting from USB?? If it does change the bootdisk to the flash drive first

i just copied the OS from my friends installer (CD to my flash drive)

That wont work you need a program

google rufus ..... its a free tool for exactly that :)

1. You cannot just copy the contents of the CD to a USB stick and boot from that.

2. You can't just use your friends license. The install media fine, but you need to purchase you own OS license.

3. Suggesting or condoning pirated software is strictly against the Forum rules. All mentions of that have been deleted here.

4. Tight budget or no, if you want to use Windows, you must buy it.
