Hi, I have a custom-built PC and I seem to be having this issue once in a while where I try to turn on my PC but there is no power. It is only until I take out the PSU cable and/or turn it on and off that it starts up again; this sometimes takes more than one try.

Anyone know what could be causing this?

I don't have another PSU unfortunately. I noticed that when I turn the power switch on and off a few times it seems to power up.
