Hi, I have a MSI Z97 GAMING 5 LGA1150 MoBo, and the sales man offered me a ASUS GTX750 TI OC 2GDB 128bit GPU, which is for me, a bit too pricey (based on my budget) But then I realized, on the paper, it says /2WAY SLI (It also have other slashes on the paper which I think isnt important) So I was thinking instead of getting the GPU he offered why not get a GTX 660 TI SC 1gb then but another GTX 660 TI SC 1gb for an upgrade. (after a few months, probably) What do you guys think? Ow and btw my psu is Corsair VS550 550W 80% efficiency PSU. Do I need a better PSU?

The 660 TI is much better than a 750TI anyhow.

You could SLi them later thats an option certainly.

Your MoBo supports SLI, but GTX 750 Ti does not support SLI. Also, I'd get a single 750 Ti, as 1GB VRAM of 660 Ti is not really enough for FHD gaming and the SLI power of 660 Tis will be in waste due to 1GB VRAM. PSU is fine, its poor qaulity but will take a 750 Ti just fine.

Well, can anyone suggest me a SLI GPU at a 150% price range that works with my MoBo and PSU? (Or PSU upgrade if needed)

R9 270 is a great card for the price currently, better than GTX 750 Ti, $150 after rebates:

Your MoBo will support any GPU currently in market, your PSU though isn't the best, will support the card. But the next thing to upgrade should be your PSU, to something like XFX 550W, which's much better quality.
