If you put one 4gb ram stick in with a 2gb stick you will still only have 4gb of ram, not 6why 4 not 6 gb
can't i get 6gb ram with it
If you put a 4gb stick with a 2gb stick it will work as two 2gb sticks. No guarantee it will even work, you usually need the same ram to expect it to work together.

I was wrong sorry, the mixed capacities will work but mixed frequencies it will limit to lowest freq. So if you put a 1600mhz stick with 1333 it will run at 1333. But the mixed capacities may work, however its better to run identical sticks for max compatibilitycan you tell me which ram is better now under 2500

I said may or may not be some of combinations are compatible even from diff. manufacturers and some aren't compatible with same manufacturers. Always lies a risk of INCOMPATIBILITY. and from those RAMs I recommends to go with Kingston (1333 MHZ) Memory Module (4GB DDR-3) for Desktop (KVR16N11S8/4-SP) cause Kingston is reliable in India with great service
