Hi guys...

I'm building a PC suitable for fairly intensive video editing so it needs to be quick at doing the job.

My initial thoughts are an Intel i7, 32gb RAM, 2TB hard drive, Nvidia Graphics card and a high end motherboard however I don't know much about which brands or models to use.

It seems that the top end models are aimed at gamers, however I'm not sure if these are necessary for video editing.

I would really appreciate some suggestions for a build for under £700!

Thanks
Simon

Solution

This is probably the best you can do within that budget.

OP, do you need an OS, monitor, or any peripherals (such as a mouse or keyboard)?
