After that I assembled it again and now my pc won't boot. Everything was running fine before.
My PSU and Cpu cooler fan starts running and then turns off in about 2 seconds and I don't hear any beep.

Check that you've put everything back properly, all cables properly attached to the motherboard (you may have pulled one off accidentally).

You did clean it out only with a can of compressed air didn't you? Not vacuum cleaner or anything else?
And you did purge static from your body before touching any components?

I blowed it with Electric air pump
But cpu fan ,gpu fan and PSU all are running for 2 seconds without any beep. I opened my PC sitting in marble floor

Did you touch any components with the pump nozzle? If you did, you may have damaged the components with electro-static discharge from the plastic nozzle.

Incidentally, air pumps for blowing up inflatable products, as well as being totally unsuitable, are not powerful enough for motherboard cleaning as the nozzle is too large. You need a can of compressed air with a straw nozzle, nothing else will do it properly and because it's such a thin straw there's no danger of touching anything, there's no need to.

Well like I said, check all cables and connections. Check & double-check.

Thank You For your Response
Either the core was not fitted properly or the SATA cable was faulty
Reassembling DID IT
