GTX 970 potential with my CPU and motherboard.

I just recently ordered GTX 970 Superclocked EVGA 04G-P4-2974-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce (I dont know what the fudge the description behind GTX 970 means), will it run to its average potential with my current hardware?Will it 'bottleneck' my GPU?I know Sabertooth have PCIe 2.0 and it should be compatible and will not lower the performance of GTX 970 too much.

Motherboard : Sabertooth 990FX rev1
CPU: AMD FX-8120
RAM : 12GB
HDD : 512GB
PSU : 800W (old unit,5 years ago)
Current GPU : AMD HD 7700 series (will be replaced by

Nope. That CPU and mobo WILL NOT bottleneck the GTX 970.. Can you name the exact model of PSU?
