3rd party hack to lower gaming graphics options

So I have an NVIDIA GEFORCE G210 GPU and I bought AC4 the problem is that I am getting an unplayable framerate (sometimes dropping to 10 FPS) on lowest settings. I wan't to ask you is there some kind of application or hack that will allow me to decrease the texture quality, or draw distance or the overall effects. It doesn't have to be specificly for AC4

A GT 210 won't play Black Flag regardless of how low you manage to scale the settings back. You're going to be looking at a slide show, rather than playing a game.

Assuming you want to max the settings and play fluently on 1080p, I'd strongly suggest at least an R9-270 non X. It's a cheap solution for quality gaming TODAY. You could settle for an R7-265 but you'd be dipping below 30FPS at times.
