Do I need Intergrated Graphics in my CPU?

Okay, so bear with me, because I'm fairly new to building computers. Last year when I first built one (this one) I had some trouble with not being able to see anything on my monitor (which was confirmed to work) when I first booted it up. Then, when I switched over to an APU chip (I was using an x4 750k before hand) I could see the BiOS and all the things you see when you first boot up. In my build that I will be doing very soon, the processor is not going to be an APU chip. It's going to be an AMD FX-6350. So my question is, will I be able to see the BiOS and boot up screen without the graphics card drivers being installed, and without Integrated Graphics. Once again, I'm new to building PCs.

Thanks!

Yep you'd be able to boot, as the basic display drivers are installed by defualt when you plug in the GPU. And, as said earlier, look up some benchmarks, i3 almost always edges out FX 6, and is more upgradable, LGA1150 is an active platform, it has less TDP, doesn't require af cooler, will be a better deal. Lastly, other components seem fine, please replace the PSU, the current is very poor quality, known to fail on high loads, XFX 750W or EVGA G2/B2 750W are much better in quality.

Thanks, I was wondering if I would be able to see the the BiOS and the screen without the graphics card DRIVERS being installed. I have a graphics card. Also, here are my specs so far, I'm open to suggestions:

Case: NZXT Source 210

CPU: AMD FX-6350 Vishera 6-Core 3.9GHz (Maybe an i3)

GPU: SAPPHIRE DUAL-X 100365L Radeon R9 270 2GB

Hard Drive: WL 1TB 7200RPM 16MB Cache SATA2

Memory: HyperX Fury Black Series 8GB 240-Pin DDR3

PSU: CORSAIR CXM series CX750M 750W

Motherboard: MSI A78M-E35
