In some of threads experts nodded when asked Can i upgrade RAM with my exactly same model practically diff. manufactures ram same volt. same clocking speed supported.

It can't be the same model if the brand is different, it can have similar specs but there's every chance it'll not work out.

I mean same specs not same model. why there is a chance of Incompatibility with same specs. Manufactures have some dispute among them?

Yes there's every chance of compatiblity issues, no disputes, but manufacturers use different IC and chips, SPD can be different, so most likely won't work out.

Some company like in our country Corsair has a tie up with Simmtronics so I can be sure about their compatibility

I can't garuantee compatibility even with same model same brands, let alone different companies. You can pick 10 sticks from the factory line and test them to run with each other and find out only 4 works fine with others.

You must have heard, every CPU is different, likewise, every stick is different. If we're to get compatible sticks, its best to get identical model, it won't garuantee compatiblity, it'll just have more probability that it'll work.
