dude you need to upgrade evrything from cpu, gpu and ram...ram might work but you need too work on cpu and gpu...a gtx 750ti or r9 270x if you can strech a bit coupled with fx 8350or fx 6300 or i5 4th gen cpus will give you the desired fps...
cheers

Depending on your budget,
1.Either,overclock that CPU and buy a new GPU or
2.If your budget permits,get a system upgrade.Upgrading the mobo,ram,CPU.

Now,here it comes. If you are on tight budget, option 1 would be best bet, since you would be investing on GPU,obviously gaining 3d Performance.
If you consider the platform upgrade, you get the newer featureset, assuring no bottlenecks, creating room for your future,but...would be spending much. And again, you have to buy a newer GPU,for this one or the other day, since all the new things with a HD 6670,would not pull it off!

I would rather opt for the system upgrade, since as technology develops and prevails, you should be upgrading that one day or the other!

Buy a better video card, that is worst problem right now. Buy a decent card, don't skimp. Something like a 750ti at least, go more if you can afford it and you have the PSU to run it. Modern cards are just so much more powerful than cards from just a few years ago, and they are much more energy efficient too. You don't need as much power to get way better performance. Like I said, don't go too cheap on this, you can always carry it over to a new system later. Other than that, its time for a new motherboard/processor upgrade, when you can afford to do it.
