Will the AMD Athlon 7550 Dual Core 2,5 GHZ bottleneck my Nvidia Geforce 530 (overclocked) graphics card?

I when I play Battlefield 3 I notice I don't get higher than 28 fps on lowest settings and lower resolution, I am not sure if it's my CPU bottlenecking me and if it is should I overclock it and how to?
Rig:
Nvidia Geforce GT 530 overclocked:
Core Clock from 699 MHz to 850 Mhz
Memory Clock overclocked from 793 to 900 MHz
no voltage or power limit changes (unavailabe)
Cuda Cores:96
Used screen resolution: 1920x1080 pixels

AMD Athlon 7550 Dual Core 2,5 GHz (stock cooler):
Not overclocked but I would like instructions and recommendations/limits

4 GB DDR2 RAM:
Not overclocked

I would like to recieve some tips and recommendations/corrections to optimize my pc to get the best out of it. And again my main questions are; How to overclock my CPU and how bad does my
CPU bottleneck.

I'm afraid you are hampered at both ends; CPU and gfx card. How you are managing to get even 28 fps w/BF3 @ 1080p resolution is beyond me. (single player campaign? Lowest settings?)
Even OC'ed, that card is pretty weak. I would say that the card is probably the weakest link. But the 1st gen Athlon is pretty weak too. You might be able to go up to a HD 7750 or R7-250 before the Athlon begins to bottle neck enough to make a huge difference.

What if I tell you that I fully played the Far Cry 3 campaign on 1080p on another pc with the same card, I can also plays Bf3 with it on medium settings 1080p both without too low fps.
Rig I used: i3 3,1 Ghz
6 gb ddr3 ram
gt 530
And a normal hdd and 1080p screen

What if I tell you that I fully played the Far Cry 3 campaign on 1080p on another pc with the same card, I can also play Bf3 on medium and I do play multiplayer on both pc's 1080p both without too low fps. I can even play on the rig I named in my post bf3 online
Rig I used: i3 3,1 Ghz
6 gb ddr3 ram
gt 530
And a normal hdd and 1080p screen

I guess I'd have to believe you. The i3 is a heck of a lot faster processor than the aging 1st gen Athlon, though.
But the fact remains, you will need a faster gfx card to solve your original issue. I just hope the old Athlon doesn't make it a waste of money.

I can even play Battlefield 3 multiplayer with the athlon with about 25 fps. Do you think I can keep this motherboard and buy several new parts?

You always have that option. However...
1) I don't know how many "new" parts you'll find. The board is pretty old. If you mean a new gfx card or possibly new DDR2 memory, yes.
2) You'll have to decide when it becomes impractical to throw good money after bad. Remember that the MB components don't last forever.

If you're saying you'd like to upgrade with a new board, processor, and memory... that would be the best option for future-proofing the system for several more years. You would still need to grab a faster card to solve your frame rate issue though.
And the copy of Win that you have now is probably OEM, tied to the original MB. Chances are 50/50 you won't be able to re-activate it with MS using the new MB. That would mean you may have to add a new copy of Win to the cost.

You may want to just buy a new faster card for now and see if it improves frame rates enough to satisfy you.

My windows is an illegal version anyways got it on CD everything is working fine though
