CPU fan not working

Okay, so I booted my computer this morning, and I get a CPU fan is at 0 rpm error. I check, and my CPU fan is actually at 0 rpm. Could anyone tell me why this might happen? I wasn't doing anything with the fans in between booting it yesterday and shutting it down. Neither did I hit it hard enough for something to break.

So far, all I've done is looked at the bios, which has n/a for CPU, chassis 2, and power fan speed (chassis 1 is 920 rpm). If I look into my computer, I can see that the fan attached to the heatsink is indeed not moving. I thought it might be stuck, so I opened the case and gave it a little poke. Obviously, that didn't help, or I wouldn't be here. I've also tried enabling CPU q fan control, with no results. Any help?

Check fan wires and sure it's connected correctly, and try to restore default settings in the bios

The fan is connected to the 4 pins on the motherboard (?) that say cpu_fan. I took it off and put the connecter back on, still didn't work. Also restored optimized settings in bios, nothing happened. Problem seems to be that the fan is either broken or the computer can't see it, since the rpm is n/a. CPU temp hovering around 130 F (55 C) in bios, but it would prob overheat if I started the Os.

The fan is apparently a freezer pro 7 rev 2 arctic brand btw.
