I've decided to overclock my I5 760. I've used D.O.C.P Ai Overclocking Tuner on my Asus P7P55D-E and set it like this Pic. I left voltage on Auto to change later. For now it is auto set on 1.256V and it haven't changed even if I've ran stress test. So should I change it or lock it on 1.256V? Should I change any other settings? For Ram OC I have 2x2Gb + 4Gb of Kingston HyperX Ram 2Gb and 4Gb sticks have a little bit different specs and if I set DRAM frequency to anything but auto I get BSoD. So on what setting should I set it?

Don't overclock the RAM when you have modules with different specs. You will never get it stable. You won't get much of a performance increase out of overclocking the RAM manually anyhow. The only time, in my opinion, that it's worth doing is if the motherboard needs to overclock the RAM in order to match it's XMP profile and you have identical modules.

As to the CPU voltage, I'd lock it in at that spec and then if it boots stable and passes an hour of Prime95 small FFTs, and doesn't heat to or near TJmax, run it for a full 12-24 hrs to verify it's stable and call it good. If it errors out you need to up the voltage a bit and run it again paying particular attention to temps. If instead it overheats, you probably need a better CPU cooler (Hopefully you're not using the stock cooler, which I shouldn't even need to say) or you need to drop the multiplier and voltage a bit and try again until you can stay within thermal limits.
