Best board for i7 3770k?

I'm looking for a motherboard for a future build but can't find one since I'm new to building Pc's. Preferably a blue/black color scheme. Other parts below if that helps.

Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming
Intel i7-3770k 3.5 GHz
G.SKILL Ripjaws X 16GB DDR3 1600 MHz
Haven't chosen a power supply yet

Good boards for the current gen i7s

Asrock Z97-Extreme 4
MSI Gaming 5
Asus Z97-A

I'd prefer Asus followed by Asrock closely then MSI.

However according to tom's they are arranged in that way
1-Asrock
2-MSI
3-Asus.

I don't put much stock in those things , MSI is probably the only one I wouldn't buy , very poor QC.

ASUS and Gigabyte are my choices for the platform.

Asrock has a few decent ones.
