Hello!
I can't choose between Corsair Neutron and Intel SSD 525.. Can you guy's tell me if there's some benefit's for mSATA? Neutron is a bit faster then intel. But Intel is a mSATA. (I will use that SSD only for OS.)

There's no difference. mSATA is a regular SATA interface over a mini-PCIe connector

No, as MrBrigs said it just a different form factor, also on older MBs the mSATA is wired into the PCIe 2.0 so even if the device is 3.0 it will be limited to 2.0 on some MBs.

If this is for a desk top machine the 2.5" SSD is better. I would look at perhaps the Crucial MX100 series, for what you will pay for the Neutron 240GB you could 512GB for the same price, just a few milliseconds slower. It's a new drive to replace the M500 series and has some very good reviews, just a thought...

Indeed the 850 is a GREAT SSD in every aspect, but at double the price? A few milliseconds longer to boot up, and I would bet $100 it would be no longer than 2 seconds to boot up with a MX100 than a 850, I could live with that :)

Please don't take me as being argumentative here as that is not my intention. I could gain 100% capacity and lose 3% performance at the same cost, that is where I am coming from. The 840 EVO is sort of the mainstay in cost/performance, about in the middle of these 2 drives, it's good to have options.
