System Low Voltages

These are my voltages.

This is what I get after installing a new PSU after my other one broke.
At times when I play demanding games the computer completely shuts off or restarts.
I've been told my +12V is too low and I suspect I've installed my PSU incorrectly, would that be the issue?

My internet ping spikes in intensive situations such as playing demanding games or rendering.

I've made a similar post like this without any luck and hope this gives me help with my problem.

PC Specs:
- AMD FX-4170 Quad-Core 4.2 GHz
- 8GB DDR3 RAM
- Windows 8 64 Bit
- GTX 660 EVGA
- GA-78LMT-USB3 - F4

Thanks.

if the power supply is new and of a good brand I would return it for an exchange as soon as you can. if you have a local store or mom and post tv repair store ask them for a small fee to check the voltage outputs of the 24 pin atx cable with a volt meter. it will tell you if the power supply is outputting low.

yes your +12v is too low. your psu seems to be the culprit.

please post your full system specs.
