Hello, so first thing I have to mention is that used to be a Radeon GPU user, and I frequently do a clean install on my GPU by uninstall the device manager from control panel, reboot, run Driver Sweeper(click AMD display & clean) reboot, and then install the new drivers.

I just recently got a GTX770 and I notice some frequent stutter while playing most of my games, so I decided to do a clean install. So I uninstall the Nvidia 344.11 drivers, Nvidia stereotropic 3d, and Physx from what I remember. I also went to device manger, right click the Display Adapter video, and then my video card, and click uninstall drivers. I then used DriverSweeper and click Nvidia display and Nvidia Physx, and then clean.

I rebooted my computer, and now my system can't detect my video card. Display adapter is not in Device Manager anymore and I tried re-installing the "same" drivers from the official Nvidia website and it said "the graphic driver could not find compatible hardware".

It is obviously something wrong with my windows file & video drivers. Also I would like to mention, in the Driver Sweeper folder there is backup folder of my Nvidia Display and Physx, but I don't know what to do with them. I also tried System restoring it to an earlier point(like 3 days ago), but that didn't work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks .

Actually I think I might of solved it. I took out my GPU and put it into another PCIe slot and forced my windows to detect and install drivers for it. I'm not sure if I should put it back in the old PCIe slot though. What do you guys think?
