I want to flash a custom bios to be able to overvolt and overclock my card. Now on MSI Afterburner, it only lets me add 12mV. But, I've never done it before. I don't know where to look for a custom bios or how to mod a bios. Or even the commands to flash the bios.

I have a EVGA Geforce GTX 770 02G-P4-2770

More about : flash bios

I mean a GPU bios not the motherboard bios. Updating the motherboard bios is pretty easy.

Overclock.net should have the necessary info and files available to flash your card with a custom/unlocked bios. There's a thread about Kepler Bios Tweaker, which is likely the application that you would be using to flash it. I have yet to flash a card myself, I looked into it some but not enough to give you any real advice about it.

going over afterburner you can seriously damage the card.

Nah, usually the max voltages are locked to relatively safe limits in Afterburner, and sometimes ridiculously low for some manufacturers with the same cards despite having the same stock voltage as the other card. So long as the OP reads up on this and doesn't just jump into it, I'm sure he'll be fine.
