My main parts are the i5 4690, gtx 970 gigabyte and the gigabyte b85.

I wondered if I could play most of the games at 1080p with about 30 fps in about 5 years? I wont play the most cpu or gpu demanding games on the market.

More about : upgrade

At low effects, you should be able to play almost anything at 1080p and 30fps in 5 years.

Check the jump from 2009 to 2014. I don't expect it ti be very different over the next five years.

I don't think you need to upgrade for a VERY VERY long time. Most people upgrading there PC's and they are getting less power hardware than you currently have. Although you "should" get a lot better performance than 30 FPS. I am only using a GTX 770 and it gets me 90-99 FPS on full HD running games on ultra graphics settings.
