Computer Goes Into Sleep Mode With Two Monitors

I'm having some issues with a new computer I purchased. When I have two monitors plugged in, while gaming, my computers appears to go into power save for the displays. It usually takes about 10 to 30 minutes before this happens, only while gaming. Normal computer usage appears to be okay with 2 monitors. The computer itself appears to be on, but no display out of the monitors, no sound from the speakers. The machine makes some odd noises as it happens as well (like the audio gets trapped in a loop for about 5 or 10 seconds. If I drop down to one monitor, everything works fine. I don't believe this is the "black screen of death." The computer isn't overheating, the fans all appear to be working. The CPU temps all stay under 50 degrees C.

For some specs, this is what I'm running.

Windows 8.1
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz (12 CPUs), ~3.3GHz
AMD Radeon R9 290x (PowerColor)
16 GB of memory.

My monitors are both Dell ST2010, one is hooked via HDMI, the other is HDMI to DVI. I will likely upgrade my monitors, these are just my old ones I had.

It was this computer:

I upgraded the PSU to 750W Thermaltake SMART SP-750 - 80 PLUS Bronze and the network card. But everything else is the same as the link.

It doesn't matter which monitor is plugged in, it only happens with both of them on, and only while playing a game. A single monitor will operate fine (HDMI or DVI). It seems to happen once the GPU hits 90 degrees C (watched the numbers on the second monitor with MSI Afterburner). That seems pretty hot, but everything I've read says the GPU should hit 95 degrees C with normal usage. If both monitors are plugged in, but I turn one off, it still seems to happen where both monitors go into power save.

I have them sending me a replacement video card, because everything seems to be pointing to that. But I was just hoping to see if anyone else might have some suggestions. Drivers are updated to AMD's 14.9. Computer shouldn't be overclocked (but if there is a way for me to check, I can. I didn't pay for it).

Any help at all would be appreciated. Computer is only 6 days old.

Not that I got any advice. I'm going to let everyone know, this was not the video card. With a replacement card, the problem persisted. I've sent the computer back to be repaired and/or replaced. If they give me any explanations, I'll be sure to post it here, since the issue seems to be pretty widespread.
