DDR4 2666 vs 3000 (Noticeable difference with 32GB Ram?)

Is there a noticeable difference with this size of ram with their speed difference?

vs

The 3000 will be faster and w/ both running the same CL even a little more-so, I'd go with the 3000, GSkills sticks are generally stronger than Corsairs also and usually have OC headroom
