I have done some research and I've found some components that are within my budget. I put them on http://pcpartpicker.com/p/8XWzHx Please check it out, I would like to know if you guys think it will be able to run pretty graphic-demanding games at high frames, such as skyrim, WoW, Borderlands 2, and other recent games. Do you guys think I bottle-necked it? Any suggestions?

Low wattage psu, so assumed you weren't going to SLI. So, I changed the mobo to a H97, the graphics card to 970 which performs significantly better, and the power supply to a NON modular 550w from XFX. If you want a modular psu, try this..

Solution

Pretty much exactly the changes I was about to suggest, the OP would do well to listen to them.
