I am going to be building a pc which has a a8 6600k and a gtx 760 how many fans will I need because I have two at the moment but do I need more and for my cpu do I need a aftermarket heatsink since it has a turbo up to 4.2gh? Help?
If it were my PC, I would monitor the temps and see how hot it gets.
If too hot, either 'more fans', or better cable management, or a better CPU cooler, or better airflow path.

Depends which case you are using, so check the fan mounting options for the specific case, and supported sizes of the fans. Usually the air-outtake fans go at the rear and/or the top of the case, and it's always good to have an outtake fan near the power supply. Intake fans usually go at the front or bottom of the case. Dust comes into the case when the intake fans are working so it's good to pick a case that has dust filters where the intake fans go.
And yes a decent aftermarket CPU cooler is always better, although a stock one can be sufficient too if it runs quietly.
