Hello all,

I've decided to get a new case. Long story short, the CM Storm Enforcer is very impractical and the initial excitement I had for the design has worn off. There's so much choice on the market I'm literally drowning in options, and I'm looking for some advice.

My requirements are a mid tower case that looks aesthetically very smart and simple, has good air cooling and is fairly quiet.

Every case I've looked at definitely has advantages but also one or two drawbacks that make me slightly skeptical of buying them.

At the moment the Corsair Obsidian 450D is my favourite, but there are literally tens of other cases I really like as well including cases from Bitfenix and NZXT as well as a few other Corsair offerings. My budget is sub £100.

Thanks in advance :D  (sorry for the essay)

I would recommend something from the corsair lineup. Im running the 300r, its a great case and the 450D is a great all a rounder.

For that budget,Phanteks Enthoo Pro all the way
The BEST case for the value.
Other great cases:
Corsair 300R,Fractal Design Define R4,NZXT Phantom 410

I would say the 230T. It's pretty good-looking and has 3 fans pre-installed.

Thanks both of you for your responses. I've had a look at the Enthoo Pro and while it is fantastic inside with so many options for customisation, I just don't really like the styling of it. That and the fairly loud 200mm fan are holding me back from buying that case, though I haven't written it off just yet because of the fantastic build quality.

The Define R4 seems to be a fan favourite but again, I just don't like the design and there was something else I forgot :p

I'm still a bit swamped, anyone else have any advice?

Its quite expensive in the UK for what you get, I'd prefer to spend a bit extra and get a case like the 450D or Enthoo Pro. Thanks for the response though :D

Actually, in the US and Canada, the 230T is cheaper than the 450D...

Thanks Blackbird, is the 200mm fan loud? Thats one of the drawbacks of the Enforcer for me at the moment.
