Building this for my uncle. He just wants a basic computer that can handle HD video, possibly very light gaming, and will last a while. Does this look okay? Specifically, I'm not entirely sure about the motherboard, and also if that power supply will fit in that case.

Buy 2x4 GB RAM set. AMD APUs need RAM. with 4 GBs, it could be getting slow with a browser, few tabs and a youtube video.

I hate the CX430,because it's poor quality,but it'll be enough for this build.
When your uncle decides to get a dedicated GPU,get a better PSU.

Yes. The APU uses system memory for graphics so the faster RAM LukaBoki has suggested will give better performance.

Another alternative, which will cost more, would be to use a 256GB SSD as the only drive (depending) It would boot FAST.

It's for his uncle,a 1TB HDD will be enough,he can always add an SSD in the future.

Based on the attitudes of folks I know, the extra speed of a SSD might be appreciated. (No HDD at all) I understand about the price. I think it was worth a mention.
