Hi, I just finished my first build today, and installed HWMonitor to check the fans and heating issues. I'm not sure how to read everything, and have some concern over one reading.

TMPIN2 is reading 109 degrees F without heavy usage (just web browsing) and only being on for a couple hours. Is there any way to tell where this is in my case, and also is that too hot given these conditions?

I also see that it says one of my fans isn't operating. I don't have time at the moment, but I'm going to open her back up and see if that's the case. From the outside all fans appear to be operating normally.

Thanks for the help.

with the mb make sure you know where the temp sensors are where the software is reading them from. a lot of new mb the temp 2 sensor is the onboard chipset. they run hot now do to all most all the system board stuff is controlled by them or the cpu.
