acer factory restore stuck on 15/36.

I used your information to do a factory reset on my acer it has been xtuck at i.stalling office 2010 for over 24 hours. Is this normal for the reset? I even stopped it once and sterted fresh from the begining. it did the same thing. Please help

If this 15/36 a set of disks? It my be a bad disk or a hard drive issue. Download and make a disk of the Ultimate Boot CD, it will have several drive check utilities. If there is a utility called seatools, run that, it should be able to scan just about any hard drive brand and model. If no errors, you may just have a bad restore partition or disk st.
