Hi, I recently starting thinking about pc components for a pc build. Now have almost all the parts except for the motherboard. I am either going to get an i5 4690k or i7 4790k (Both are devil's canyon cpus) and I wanted to know other people's experiences with motherboards and which one I should get. Here are things I want:

-Good Wifi connectivity, if its wireless is a bonus
-M.2 and SATA Express (Not sure if its worth it, I just want to get the most out of my 850 pro SSD)
-Easily accessible BIOS and Overclocking (I might try overclocking later when my friend helps out, so I could have some use for it)
-Max price is $180
-Comes with bios 1.2, I know some come with 1.0 but I really don't want to mess up anything in the bios so I would rather have it easily installed rather than me having to mess with it.
-Any other features are a bonus

Hi, well which one do you think you would prefer, the Asus
Z97-PRO(Wi-Fi ac) or the GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-Gaming 7, they both have what I need and they're both in my price range (The asus one is $190 in my local microcenter)
