Water cooling using Corsair H75

i have been looking at the corsair h75 and was wondering if it was any good (main use will be to replace the stock intel cooler and if i do overclock down the line it will be minimal overclock, nothing radical)

I run a h-55 at 4.3 OC on i5-3750k and idle @34. Prime95 small fft gives me 70 after 1 hr. The h-75 will do better than that, so you'll be good for what you plan.
