Computer Failure, Crash, Blue Screens

Hi,

I have an AMD hpe 410 with issues of crashing, blue screens, restarts, etc. Has Alvorix Motherboard, Six Core

I replaced the power supply with 600w.
Replaced the video card to Radeon R7 240
Replaced the harddrive that was still under warranty
Still same issue persist

I am assuming that the motherboard or cpu is the issue.

Any advice or testing info would be deeply appreciated.

that is what I am thinking.
Also I bought brand new memory from Best Buy to try but it seems not to boot with that memory.
The original mem is Crucial 4gb / ddr3 / 1333 / pc3 1060
The new mem I tried is PNY 4gb / ddr3 / 1333 / 10666

Are not all memory brands compatible with my board?
