I have one fan near my drive cage intaking running at normal speeds 500 during no activity but my exhaust fan in the back is CONSTANTLY going at 1891rpm and i tried plugging it into my cases included fan hub, sata power, and directly into my mobo and IT STILL GOES FULL. I dont know how to configure speedfan for my mobo and defautly is says i can only adjust my GPU fan speed. Why is this happening? i was thinking of just going ahead and buying noctua fans that have speed adapters.

If it came with the case it's the PH-F140SP .... Phanteks does not make a 1800 rpm fan. max is 1300 except foir the PWM 120mm fan which I didn't even think is available in US... and that's 1500 rpm. Brian is great,m will get you sorted right away
What MoBo ? Asus enthusioast MoBos come with FanXpert3 which does a great job of controlling fan speeds, there is also limited adjustment in the BIOS.

What size fans ? The best 140mm available is the Phanteks.... beats the Noctua by 3C atr 300 less rpm and has higher performance / noise ratio.....way cheaper at $10 too.
