Just bought this router. I've got a Seagate central drive and an HP Media Center PC directly connected (as well as various PCs, tablets etc.. throughout the house using both 2.4Ghz and 5.0Ghz wireless). When my personal laptop is hard wired via a switch into the router, I can see everything on the network. When I unplug it and use the 2.4 wireless, I can no longer see that drive or the server (or other PCs) on my network. No clue what this could be.

To start off try this, go to command prompt (start menu and just search "cmd") once there type "ipconfig" once you run this command it will give you an output with like 3-6 lines output pay specific attention to "IP address" and subnet (the subnet you just want to make sure check and confirm is 255.255.255.0). The IP address should look like something along the lines like this "192.168.1.101" <- this is just an example.

Do this twice, once when you are connected to the network via direct cable and once again when you are on wireless. Once you have the two pieces of information compare them using this basis.
The IP address is 4 set of numbers separated by a decimal. The first 3 sets should be the same, for example if you get this:
on wireless: 192.168.1.101
on wired: 192.168.1.120
which is normal for one network. However if you get something like this
on wireless: 192.168.1.101
on wired: 172.16.5.120
Where more than just the last set of information is different you have a two sets of network addresses in your house. This can be caused by having two routers, for example your ISP (verizon, comcast, or whatever) gave you one, and you have another one (probably closer to your room for your own devices). If this is the case, you will need to go in the configuration of one of the two routers and disable "DHCP" so everything gets IP addresses from same device and is on the same network.
