As you can see in my signature you have my PC specs, now monitors... Firstly i already know i want to upgrade to 2560x1440 27" monitor, the question is do i go g sync such as the Asus PG278Q or so i go for a more vibrant display like the PB278Q??? need some thought of others who know they're stuff :)

It's definitely a pretty monitor to look at. The colors are excellent and everything I do looks great on it. If you're looking to do a lot of graphic design and the like you might consider a PA279q as it's factory calibrated and supposedly looks better out of the box. It also has 10 bit color and Adobe rgb which as a person who does graphical work you might appreciate. Things like that don't really matter to me as all I do on my computer is view content and game but it might mean a little more to you.

I would get the PG278q myself, but I already own a PB278q and would just game on the PG and watch movies on the PB. From all the reviews I've read, the colors on the PG278q are about as good as you can get on a TN so you won't be disappointed watching movies on it. Also GSYNC is amazing and if you can afford it I say go for it. Personally I've been mulling between the xb280hk and the PG278q for my own second monitor. It's so hard to decide sometimes <_<

thats the thing what tempts me to the PB278q, its a PLS panel, i value higher resolution monitors with better colours and picture quality over something like a higher refresh rate monitor built for gaming, aside from gaming i do a lot of artwork and graphic design too you see
