You could do a lot better, by changing the CPU, getting a cheaper case, and not buying $50 worth of fans.

actually heat is one of the main concerns here so fans and casing will remain same and i have availability issue of other fans and better case in less price .

why are you buying a cpu from the year 2007? i literally gave away 2 old rigs with core 2 quads in them. Try build something with a current gen haswell intel i3.

Do you live in an incredibly hot area? There is rerley the need for that many fans, especialy on such a low end PC.

its actually a used CPU i have for long time and didn't used it less the cost of CPU from system

you can still buy a cheaper system with a brand new cpu that will perform better. Unless there are other parts you already have like motherboard, case, psu etc.....

Well all the fans isn't really going to change much .... you indicate that it's a concern because of the local weather but that many fans won't change that .... the air used for cooling will still be 50C .... I think some of that fan money could be better spent on a better cooler.
