Z97 Motherboard Comparison (Which one is better?)

So I'm looking to upgrade to Z97 from AMD and I was looking at some motherboards. I've narrowed down my choices to these 3:

MSI Gaming 7 Z97 LGA1150 Motherboard
Asus Maximus VII Hero Z97 LGA1150 Motherboard
MSI Gaming 9 AC Z97 LGA1150 Motherboard

MSI Gaming 7 Advantages:
- Cheapest
- 1 More PCIEx1 Slot
- Better Networking Chipset (Vs Asus only)
- More USB 3.0 Ports

Asus Maximus VII Hero Advantages
- Better Name Brand
- Slightly Better Overclocking Experience

MSI Gaming 9 AC Advantages
- Better Looking
- More Organized (Cable Management)
- Integrated Bluetooth and Wireless Connection

Requirements for Response:
- A Proper Explanation of why that one should be chosen.

I am no expert but from what I hear the Maximus VII Hero is definitely arguably the best motherboard on the market. It maintains a good temperature, overclocks better than many other boards, and is reliable, too.

well, base on your budget
if you get limit budget, I will prefer the msi z97 gaming 7 as well
this one get most of spec you need for gaming as well
but if you get more budget, z97 gaming 9 will be the best choice!
