I've got a trade with someone for a gtx 690 with my gtx 770 and I'm so lost after reading some fact about both cards.....should i trade it?

Your GTX 770 is about 20% faster than a GTX 690

But Depending on brands and Vram speed and if the model is Extreme or a OC version can vary these results
Also Dual sLI may may not be available some different models.
The GTX 690 is an older model

Personally id stick with your current GTX 770

A 690 is quite better than the 770 but remember will be less power efficient:

I would stick with it too, but the chart above seems to beg to differ. Although that is only the Nvidia chart.
