monitor blank when switch light on

i had a problem with my pc.it's a gaming pc.while i playing game and someone on the light my monitor blank about 1 or 2 sec then come to normal.i don't know what problem with mc pc.please help me.

i use intel i7 4790 3.6ghz mainbod gigabyte z97x gaming gt with 2 slot ddr3 8gb ram x2 power supply 600w and graphic card asus r9 270x 2gb d5 DCU II 256bit. monitor i use dell 23 inch flat screen led

what i suppose to do?change PSU with high watt or something else?
it not a big prob but i scare this thing can effect other hardware.when i switch the light at my home my monitor blank like blink.tq

to test and see if it's your gpu you can use this program. Play games like you would normally do then give me the temperatures after a while of play. http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/

We have routed out your PSU, it's not that. It's you monitor/tv or your gpu. After giving me your temps for ur card, I want you to try using a different monitor or tv if you have another
