I've been already using my cpu for about 3 months with default thermal paste and CPU and I wondered as if I really need to buy new one ?

In case this matters:
CPU: FX 8320 Black Edition

I'm going to sleep so I won't reply soon

The stock paste is fine to use, I recommend replacing it every 6-12 months, just to keep temps down, but there is no real need to replace it.
It may lower temps 2-5C at most.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, a new cooler or removal of the cooler warrants a replication of paste.

Thermal paste is applied to the CPU cooler, so if you are installing a new CPU and new CPU cooler, you are applying new thermal paste. If you do not have a new CPU cooler, it is suggested to clean off the old thermal paste and replace it with new thermal paste.

Also - over time, the thermal paste can dry out and may need to be replaced.

If you are not having cpu over heating problems you only need to replace thermal paste when you remove the cpu cooler and re install a cpu cooler. If you replace the cooler with a new one it will almost always have thermal paste preapplied or supply new paste.

imho no need to replace thermal paste time to time.
i replace it every time CPU becomes hotter than expected. Usually I check cooler, fan, then, if all works, change thermal paste, but remove old thermal paste first and clear cooler.

I just redid a box that was my son's machine and now my wife uses for email and web browsing .... built it in 2006 ... CPU was throttling w/ error messages reporting 100C ..... now it's 30C cooler...... not bad once every 8 years :)  ....
