PC causing Wi-Fi to disconnect / reconnect over and over

I just moved into a new place, and brought all my devices, modem and router over from the old place. Got everything setup just fine, but for whatever reason my PC is giving me issues with my WiFi connection.

Other devices like my ipad and iPhone connect just fine and we have no interruptions, but anytime I turn on the PC and it tries to connect to the wifi connection, the connection goes down and comes back up for 2 seconds, only to go down again. My router box looks like it's cycling and and off during this as the lights go from all green to yellow, green again, ad nauseum.

It continues this cycle until I disable the wireless adapter or turn off the PC. All other devices work great when it's off, but as soon as it ties to get online, BAM--wifi starts cycling on and off.

My PC has given me an error that there is an IP conflict, so I listed it as a DHCP reservation so it would have its own ip, but I'm still running into this cycling issue even after this.

This never happened at my old place, so it's a new problem here but not sure why.

Any thoughts to the cause?

My router is a Netgear WNDR4500, around a year old. I'm running Windows 7.

Let me know of what other info I can provide to help narrow it down, thanks!

Solution
Turn off all of your apple stuff and leave turn-ed off for test.

Turn off everything in the place that uses the network, from DVD player to radio players/ clocks.

Turn off router. turn off any modem.

Turn the modem back on and then the router and wait a few minutes for it to be fully back on and functioning.

Turn on only the computer that you were having a problem with and test.
