Sapphire is one of the best for quality. When buying a GPU I go for the best price from Sapphire, ASUS or XFX. In that order.

Just so you know these are AMD Radeon graphics cards. AMD designs the unit that actually does all the work. Gigabyte and Sapphire are companies that take this unit and match it with RAM and a cooler and some other parts to make a finished product.
To answer your question Sapphire is the absolute best for AMD cards, while others are also good, Sapphire holds the record as being the best over everyone. Gigabyte on the other hand tends to be of the lower quality companies when it comes to graphics cards.
